What is the "overseeding" time in the Scottsdale area?
Come autumn, our native bermuda grass turns dormant during the cooler winter months and the area courses reseed with rye grass. This maintains terrific playing conditions until the bermuda comes back to life in the springtime. Courses in the higher elevations of our area begin the process typically by mid September, and the low lying areas by early October. The courses are usually closed for 2 – 3 weeks. What ground transportation options are available?
In addition to Uber and Lyft, for airport transfers we recommend TranStyle for airport transfers. Additionally, for an exclusive experience we recommend the RoadStallion for our groups of 8 players.

What would you consider to be the most ideal time to visit Scottsdale?
April and May offer terrific weather and course conditions. Also during this time, area courses and hotels move into their lower “shoulder season” rates. Early December also presents very good playing conditions after the overseed time frame and rates are not yet into the high “peak” season of the winter months.
Do you offer golf club rentals?
Yes. We work directly with Phoenix Golf Club Rental to deliver sets of Ping G400 or TaylorMade M4 clubs directly to your hotel, condo or home.
